About the Role

Our newest Warehouse Operators will be responsible for accurately storing, replenishing, picking, packing and dispatching our customer orders. 

Other day-to-day duties will include:

  • Maintaining stock accuracy levels
  • Providing clerical assistance as needed to the warehouse distribution team 
  • Ensuring the timely distribution of goods 
  • Transporting goods from designated areas in a safe and efficient manner

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in a warehouse environment. You will draw on your knowledge of warehouse processes to ensure your tasks are performed efficiently and in line with relevant WHS procedures.

If you are not forklift certified, we will provide forklift certification and training for the right candidates. Some WMS and RF unit process knowledge will also be highly regarded. 

Quality of service and products are the #1 priority at Hunter Douglas, so the ability to maintain accuracy in the dispatch and packing of customer orders will be paramount to your success in this role.

Some other requirements include:

  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • The ability to work independently
  • High school education or equivalent
  • High-reach licence certification or willing to obtain
  • Excellent communication skills
